annoying pests

i have little troublesome pests that are destroying my plant's laves and making my garden look horrible. i don't know what kind of insects these are but that are VERY annoying! can you help me get rid of these insects without killing them?

Doug says - get rid of insects without killing them? Nope sorry. I know how to get rid of insects without using chemicals, I know how to grow plants that outgrow insect attacks, but I don't know how to convince insects not to eat my plants.

Well, actually I do know something about this. I grow my garden in a fully organic way. I find that this gives me a far more insect resistant garden than if I were using chemical fertilizers.

That's the only suggestion I can make. Learn how to garden organically and push the insects to other garden areas.
