Plant to 30" high, blooms late June, leaves in semi-circle with three leaves per whirl, growing in a mostly sunny location, located 200 miles nothwest of Edmonton, Alberta. Closer pics of flowers and leaves are available

Thanks to everyone. Baptisia australis ( Blue False Indigo ). It is very uncommon this far north as we get some very cold snaps in the winter ( more than 3 weeks straight this past winter where the mercury did not go above minus 40*C ). Thanks again!!!
