Variegated yellow loosestrife - seems to grow anywhere but is not too invasive. Looks great with yellow creeping Jenny as a ground cover.

This plant can spread but not as rapidly as its non variegated cousin. It is fairly easily controlled and I forgive it because it is so cheerful. It even grows quite well in a grassy area under my pine tree and maple trees where other things have struggled to survive. It brightens up that shady spot.
