The flowering blossoms are yellow/orange. This is a 1 yr old tree and full of the flowers.

Blooming Tree

Thanks you guys. I think it is some kind of Azala and blooms in the spring as the blooms did not last long.
Also thinking that it was propulated (cut) to look like a tree. I will keep an eye on it if it blooms again this fall.

That looks very much like a 'Klondike' azalea. It's highly scented and as you can see, the colour is spectacular.

The leaves look much too small to be a Rhodo, but maybe an azalea, but I've never seen one that color!

Rhodo or Azalea??

If the leaves fall off in the fall I think its an Azalea if it keeps its leaves I think its a Rhododendron
