collecting tulip seed for bulbs

I want to know how bulb of tulip is produced from seed. How can get I the seed?

Doug says the tulip seed is held on top of the stem and is easily seen in a browning bulging area (it is immediately under the flower when green) and goes brown and enlarges when the flower fades.

The small seed is inside this seedpod and can be easily collected when the seedpod is fully dry and starts to crack.
