It's in a large pot,3rd year ,west facing balcony.Doesn't grow tall,only about 7 inches.Shouldn't it be growing taller this year?


Doug says that yes, it "should" be growing a lot taller and better. This tells me you're not growing it properly. Let me suggest you read the material on growing containers and sort it out.
