Doug says that if you have seedlings - then I that's your choice I guess - grow them until they're adult or kill them now. Regime for growing babies is the same as for adults (as described here).

They'll go dormant too and will revive and take off growing just like adults. (maybe that's what you're asking?) If you try to force them through dormancy, you'll kill them. When they want to go dormant - let them. Or force them to dormancy in the same manner as the adults described in reblooming amayryllis article.
