Early morning stretch!

by Laura
(Murfreesboro TN)

Everything in the garden was covered with a heavy dew on this early fall morning. The Gaura blooms were standing up so tall, stretching toward the sun, with just a hint of a prior visitor - a piece of an abandoned spider web.

All I Can Say Is...

All I can say is, wish I'd been there to see such a morning! Great capture - bet you were excited, both to experience the moment and to have been able to "bring it home" with you!

This photo reminds me of walks in meadows near the woods, early morning with last night's spider webs still clinging to the flowers.

Gaura Blooms

I'm not familiar with that type of flower, but it's stunning! Looks like it might be a good hummingbird and butterfly attractant.... the picture is beautiful, great color and form!

Great Color!

I just love the color in this picture! The starbursts from the sun shining on dewdrops is a great touch, and I enjoy the art in what you captured... the form and textures, with a nice surprise tucked neatly away in the form of thin strands of spider web strewn among. GREAT shot!
