Luscious Succulent
This beautiful Kalanchoe succulent is from a plant I started ten years ago. It is in a pot on my patio with morning sun in zone 9, Florida. Several of the plants that I started from the mother plant have bloomed with tall spikes. I love the patterns of the leaves and shadows falling across them.

See through the Leaf
This picture was taken at sunset using a macro lens with the sun setting behind - giving a striking colour as the light gleems through the transparent Canna Leaf

Hosta leaves
I enjoy hostas for the leaves. I have several of them and I intend to add many more. There are so many different kinds. These three leaves were so nicely layered against each other that I just had to have a picture.
