Flower Bulbs

Flower bulbs are one of the easiest gardening plants to grow for real beginners. And, serious gardeners can collect thousands of different species to amaze us all. There is indeed a bulb for every garden and gardener.


Tulips
are the single most popular bulb in North America with millions being sold each fall. While there are articles on growing tulips here, you might be interested in reading about how to treat them as cut flowers and extend their life

Daffodils are delightful flowers and they come with a full history and legend around chickens and geese, sword fights, and reflecting ponds. Easy to grow, this is one flower bulb that pests (like squirrels and deer) never bother.
