Foxgloves roots rotted

Doug says that foxglove roots are interesting 'critters". Generally if you overfeed them, they get "soft" and lush very quickly. And then if you combine this overfeeding with a touch too much water, they rot quickly. I mostly see this with first year plants from a nursery that get a little too much TLC and then rot off the first year.
Grow them a little tougher - not so much food or water and you're going to find they perform better for you.
