It is Not Digitalis. It May be Campanula, Garden Harebell. As it is July now, you should have flowers to help ID?
I have some in my new 'neglected by previous owner' garden, and it looked to be in the nettle family for the longest time. Then, it finally bloomed cute blue, bell shaped flowers. Took me hours to ID it. Thankfully I found this great site to aid in my quest to know what all that 'stuff' is out there..

Looks like physostigia (sp) The "Obedient plant" It should have white or pink flowers in spikes. The name comes from the ability to move the flowers in the spike to any direction. It will spread fairly quickly in clumps, and blooms in August. A nice perennial.

This plant looks like what we call Bee Balm and it comes in several colors. We have bright red and it blooms for a considerable length of time Summer into Fall. My sister has it in purple.

Flowers haven't appeared yet

No idea what colour the flowers are yet, but I want to identify the plant so I know what to do with it!

Several patches grow in full sun, and several in part shade. The full sun ones are definitely more robust.

It looks like it could be Bee Balm. Do you get red flowers or purple flowers on them?
