Its 100% Sedum

Sedum spectible
by: Ferne, Kamloops, B.C.

It is a sedum. Sedum spectible "Autumn Joy" is certainly the best known of this type. There are other Sedum spectible's it could be or it could even be another type of sedum altogether. It's a big family. Seeing it in bloom would be the easiest way to identify it completely. Sedum spectible "Autumn Joy" has flower clusters of a muted pink shade that is hard to describe. Sedum spectible "Indian Chief" is similar with slightly brighter and bigger flower clusters.

Sedum spectible grows well in full sun to semi-shade. Tolerates everything from bone dry to regular watering in my Zone 5 Canadian climate. Very versatile and produces nice bushy plants. Flowers dry and are interesting even in the winter in my snowy area.

One of the easiest plants to propagate that there is. You can simply stick a joint of it in the ground and watch it grow! I know of few other desirable plants that will do this!
