GREEN POINTY LEAVES NO FLOWERS

Appears to be a YEW, one of many in the conifer family. Plant is getting too much sun and not enough water. Could be replanted as an understory tree thereby getting sun and shade. It will produce a light blue appearing berry which is soft and eventually fall off for birds.
