Heavenly Blue Morning Glory
by Carolyn
(East Wallingford, VT)
Two summers ago, after 8 years of trying, I finally got a profuse crop of Heavenly Blue morning glories. I captured these blossoms one late-August morning when the vines finished climbing the facade of my deck and burst triumphantly into bloom at the top.
We live at 1200 feet in south-central Vermont and usually run out of summer before the morning glories, tomatoes, and other warm-season annuals have finished. But this time, perfect!
