homemade fish emulsion

I live near a small lake - can I chop up a few small fish (punkinseeds) and use this instead of the fish emulsion?

Doug says that would be very dedicated of you. My guess on this is that you'd have more raccoon problems in a very short time than you think possible.

But given that it would work - yes, you can do it.
