Miracle Grow for Straw Bale Gardens?

You recommend fish emulsion or compost tea for fertilizing straw bale gardens. How about Miracle Grow once every week or two?

Doug says that Miracle Gro isn't organic. And the company that produces it has been charged multiple times with chemical pollution of the environment. Why use something that either pollutes at manufacture or isn't the best for plants? So - can you? Yes. Should you? Ah, that's the question and my best-practices for organic gardening say, "no".
