Someone at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center identified it as a Valeriana Officinalis, or a common Valerian, a medicinal herb. It's roots are used for insomnia and migraine treatment, Northern Europe native, also used the flowers for perfume. I love mine, it is about 7 feet tall at this point.
