This looks like strawflower to me. It is a warm weather annual and is dried for use in floral arrangements.

Perhaps Helichrysum / common name Strawflower . It is an everlasting which is often dried and used for floral arrangements.
Are the flower petals dry and papery feeling? If so that is probibly shat it is.

I too would say strawflower...tho the light colored flowers in front do look a little different. The darker flower in the back is strawflower.

Looks like a Bracteantha or strawflower. Are the flowers very papery feeling, do they (the flowers) close up in a little ball at night? If so, it is probably that. Here is a picture from the Brooklyn Botanical Garden

The common name for this is strawflower or, in Latin, Helichrysum bracteatum.
