My first instinct was Blanket Flower (Gaillardia) but the drooping leaves looks more like a coneflower.

Yes, it looks like a coneflower, down to the leaves. Could this be a wild plant, or is it is a garden? I looked up every orange coneflower I could find and this doesn't look like any I've seen.
