Lambs Quarter

This weed can be cooked as a green and is the best tasting greens you can find, along with Dandilion, plantain, polk leaves.. yummy.

We call this Lambs Quarters. It's a weed that pops up here and there. I pluck the young and tender ones to add a few (leaf and stalk) to leafy salads.

I'M SORRY i DON'T KNOW THE NAME BUT ITS DEFINITLEY A WEED NOT A PEPPER PLANT, I'VE ALWAYS CALLED IT 'PIG WEED' BECASUE AS A KID I'D PICK AND FEED IT TO THE PIGS - THEY LOVED IT! :-)
