This is mandevilla. It's an annual. Can be over wintered indoors...... beautiful plant!

I'm pretty sure this is mandevilla. I grew this. In Virginia last year and the large pink flowers bloomed continuously from late spring until early October (which was unusually warm). It's not a perennial and won't survive the winter if left outdoors, but I was able to bring it inside and cut it down to about six inches (mine had grown to about five feet in length). The flowers stopped blooming but the vine grew, and it grew green leaves. I watered it every other day - usually with ice cubes to avoid having the water flow too quickly through the soil and onto the floor (I'm a low maintenance kinda guy). The ice cubes also work great if you have to travel for a day or two. it continued to grow until the middle of February when I traveled for two weeks and forgot about the plant. I have cut it die again and I'm still trying ti bring it back to life.
