POD!!!!

This is larval home of the Gall wasp. These pods are known as Oak Apples and are actually a mutated oak leaf with the wasp larva developing inside.

I have had a few of these too, don't know what they are. Anyone, please advise. (very light, hope they aren't insect incubators!)
