How to Prune Petunias
For those who don't like watching videos, the petunia grows by producing new growth rigth in front of a flower stem but that new growth is often hidden by the flower. Pulling back the flower allows you to see the new growth and pinch it off.
Do this regularly before your plants starts to look long and straggly. If done regularly, the plant will be bushy and heavy flowering all summer long.
