It is a native Florida flowering scrub. I have them in the front of my house, in my flower bed.

Try to find a reference for -- or a garden center selling -- Aeschynnanthus. "Lipstick Plant" is one of the types.

This picture looks very much like a firecracker flower. There are several types, many are red all over, but I saw a picture similar to this on a gardening website this summer when I was looking for seeds.
