Impatiens

Have a look at the Impatiens family, specifically Himalayan balsam, which is considered a very serious invasive plant of natural riparian areas.
Persian Shield Plant

It looks to me like Persian Shield(Strobilanthes Dyeranus) I have some in my flower bed and it looks like the very same thing. It is a beautiful plant. I have some in shade and some in partial shade
