I mean Jatropha inteqerrima search that so you will know what im talking about.The different of Jatropha inteqerrima has a yellow fallen.

I don't think so, actually.

It looks to me like a Plumeria, commonly known as frangi panni. The common variety has creamy petals, yellow at the centre, with a beautiful perfume. It comes in a wide variety of pinks, yellow, apricot and red.
