Tomato Bugs

I have TINY little white bugs all over two of my tomato plants, and I think they're starting to spread to my other plants! What are these things, and how can I get rid of them?
All of my plants are in large pots on my back deck. I'm growing 4 patio tomato plants, and 2 mountain pride plants.
Thanks for the help!!

Doug says that tiny white bugs that fly are likely whitefly. Insecticidal soap - sprayed every 3-5 days should slow them right down to a crawl.

I live in Hawaii and I've found tiny (non flying) white fuzzy bugs. (Not white fly) The leaves look like slug trails all over them but the bugs attach at the stems? Any clues?
