tomato rot

The leaves of the plant has some spotting. But the green tomato start to "rot"? on the bottom.
What can I do?

It's caused by cold spring temperatures when the pollen is setting or poor watering (so that Calcium doesn't get to the plant). Adding calcium isn't the solution - warmth and adequate water are.
