Tulip bulbs storing for summer

by Ashley
(Seattle)

What do I do if I have tulip bulbs that have been pulled from a pot after they died? I want to plant them this fall.

Doug says keep them cool and dry for the summer. (Always assuming the leaves browned and died rather than the bulbs dying)

If the bulbs are hard and firm, they're alive. If soft - then they're dead/dying.

Check them regularly in storage.
