This flower grows in any kind of soil, upto 18 inches tall. after flower dried a seed pod remains. Spread the seeds and the flowers grow.

Calendula

Calendula is also called Pot Marigold...then resins present in the blossoms and buds are used in skin creams....the petals are also edible, and look lovely in a fresh organic greens salad.
