Water Gardening in Containers
by Doug
(in his garden)
The finished look at my front yard
It doesn't take much time (the longest time I spent was filling the large pot) and it's easy to maintain (I top up the water every few days)
And the best part is that you can fill it with water plants as long as you have room for the mature size of the plant (dwarf water lilies - not the big ones)
Overwintering is simple. Siphon out the water, put in garage. The plants are taken out of the pot and "planted" and mulched in the garden so I can dig them up again next spring.
I'll look forward to your comments.
