What grass in no light, too much water

What type of grass seed grows best where drainage is poor, sunlight is limited, and there is too much natural water from slope drainage and rain.

Doug says this is a perfectly good sounding site for a moss garden or some form of shade ground cover. Grass requires full sunlight for best results. Add too much water, and limited drainage and you're at strike three for a good lawn. Sorry but you can mess about all you like but you won't grow grass well in this area.
