what kind of flower is this?

Its leaves a very tiny, as well as the flowers. it seems to vine out everywhere. But I think it is a beautiful plant .

Also known as whirling butterflies.
Nice stems in the fall

As part of hanging baskets I experimented with, I found these sturdy in wind and rain, and enduring if not prolific bloomers. Stems turn an attractive red and bronze in fall.
