which manure to use

I want to start a new flower garden this spring. I have access to horse, cow, chicken and goat manure. Which one would you suggest?

Doug says it's going to be the easiest one to get to - and the one that's the best composted.

Don't use fresh manure from any animal (nitrogen and weed problems)

Personally, I always liked using the manure that had a lot of bedding in it to add even more organic matter to the land (we had sandy soil) but you get to choose so use the composted stuff (if it's composted you won't see the bedding).
