White edge around my parsley

I planted my parsley 2 weeks ago. the leaves were rich green when I bought the plants (they were the 6 pack size) now most of them have a white edge growing around all the leaves. Even the new leaves coming up have a white edge about 1/8 around all of the leave.

Doug says it sounds suspiciously like wind burn of some kind. The plant will grow out of it (if that's what it is) as soon as the temperatures warm up.
