Always a lady!
by: Deni

Pretty sure it's a Pink Lady. They are bulb.
I got my first one from my beloved mother-in-law's yard. I always dig up and take a few bulbs with me when I move, I plant them in memory of her wherever I live.

No - looks like Gypsum Weed to me.

Looks like Gypsum Weed. Poisonous and hallucinogenic, if so.

Looks like..

This looks like a Crinum Lily to me. If the bulb has a long neck on it which the leaves and flowers appear from then it's very possible it's a Crinum.

Amaryllis
by: Nori

Amaryllis, I'm quite sure. Botanical name Hippeastrum, not really a lily (Lilium).

Thanks

Thanks for your feedback. I think you are right although I did not know that amaryllis would grow outside where I am.

Amaryllis??

The blossoms look like those of an amaryllis lily. Is the large bulb visible? The medium to dark green leaves would be board and swordlike (but not stiff) and all come from the top of the bulb. Amaryllis is an indoor plant here in zone 5 (except when I set the pots out in the shade in the summer), but you are probably in a zone where the lily can stay in the ground during the winter.
