it's an Exbury Azalea

deciduous azalea

...but I wouldn't know what its varietal (?) name is. They're always on the "hot-colour"-side, and when they're planted in groups, it's an unbeatable sight!!

Yellow Orange Tree

This looks very much like a "yellow" azalea my parents purchased almost 35 years ago. It also grew up and looked somewhat tree-like; it didn't have to be pruned to look that way. I don't know the name. Since both of my parents have passed away it brings back some nice memories for me. Thanks.

Maybe....

It could be 'Pride of Barbados'. Good luck

Blooming Tree
by: Donna

Thanks you guys. I think it is some kind of Azala and blooms in the spring as the blooms did not last long.
Also thinking that it was propulated (cut) to look like a tree. I will keep an eye on it if it blooms again this fall.

azalea for sure!

That looks very much like a 'Klondike' azalea. It's highly scented and as you can see, the colour is spectacular.

Unusual

The leaves look much too small to be a Rhodo, but maybe an azalea, but I've never seen one that color!

Rhodo or Azalea??
by: Beth

If the leaves fall off in the fall I think its an Azalea if it keeps its leaves I think its a Rhododendron
